BBC-Orthotec LAB is a dental laboratory specializing in orthodontics and sleep medicine.
We manufacture orthodontic appliances and anti-snoring splints based on our products.
Based on intraoral scans or plaster models, we manufacture our appliances in Germany using both digital and conventional methods.
The Digital BBC Sleep Appliance is designed digitally using 3D software. The splints are then milled (CAD/CAM process).
The Digital Herbst apparatus is constructed using 3D software (CAD process).
